1. Utilizing Available IP Assets
Pre-approved by Intellectual Property ("IP") Management
2. Product Concept and Approval
IP Management will review and approve product concept, design, and mock-ups
3. Production Period
A buffer period for conceptualizing and production is subject for discussion
4. Licensing Period
At least 1 year which is extendable annually
5. Scheme
Fees are based or percentage of gross sales (or retail price) with a certain Minimum Guarantee ("MG")
